【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidelinestotestforbiasoverawiderangeofmassmeasurementtechniques,toestimatetheprecisionforeachtech-niqueandtocalculatetheprecisionforwetmasswhenestimatedbyapplyingoneofthosetechniques.Theguidelinesarebasedontheapplicationofstatisti-calteststoverifythatamassmeasurementtech-niqueisunbiased,toestimatethevarianceasthemostbasicmeasureforitsprecisionandtocheckthelinearityofastaticscaleoveritsworkingrange.Cali-brationmethodsandperformancetestsforcompli-ancewithapplicableregulationsgeneratetestresultsthatcanbeusedtoquantifyprecisionandbiasforeachofthesemassmeasurementtechniquesandtoverifylinearityforstaticweighingdevices.Theguidelinesapplytomassmeasurementtech-niquesusedtoestimatethewetmassforcargoesorshipmentsofmineralconcentrateasthebasisforfreightandinsurancechargesandforpreliminarypaymentsorforfinalsettlementsbetweentradingpartners.Theapplicationofstaticscalesrequiresthatatleastonecertifiedweightwithamassofnolessthanone(1)tonnebeeitheravailableonlocationorbroughtinforcalibrationpurposes,andthatthiscertifiedweightbeapplicabletothescaleinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'srecommendations.Asetofcertifiedweightscoveringtheentireworkingrangeofaweighingdevicesimplifiestheprocessofverifyingitsstateofcalibration,estimatingitsprecisionasafunc-tionofappliedloadandtestingitslinearityovertheworkingrange.
