【摘要】:Thistechnicalreport,referredtohereinasthe"Guide",isintendedtoassistinthepreparationofTenderingDocumentsandtenderingproposalsandintheevaluationoftendersforhydraulicmachines.TheobjectofthistechnicalreportistoprovideageneralguideforpreparationofTenderingDocuments(TD)forthesupply,installationandtestingofhydraulicturbines,storagepumps,andpump-turbineshereinreferredtoashydraulicmachinesasdefinedin2.2ofthispublication.ThistechnicalreportconsidersthecasewherebothequipmentsupplyandsiteinstallationarecarriedoutbythesameContractor.Inthosecaseswheresiteinstallationisnotincludedinthescopeofwork,theTenderingDocumentsshouldincludesupplementaryprovisionsforsitesupervisoryservicestobeprovidedbytheequipmentsupplyContractorandforday-to-dayinterfacewiththesiteinstallationContractor.Hydraulicmachinesforsmallunitswithpowerlessthan5MWandwithrunner/impellerdiameterslessthan3marecoveredinIEC61116.Theselimitationsarenotintendedtobeabsoluteandwilldependonthetypeofmachineandonotherprojectcharacteristics.
