【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthreemethods(twotitrimetricandonepotentiometric)forthedeterminationoftheacidityinanimalandvegetablefatsandoils,hereinafterreferredtoasfats,Theacidityisexpressedpreferablyasacidvalue,oralternativelyasaciditycalculatedconventionallyThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletorefinedandcrudevegetableoranimalfatsandoils,soapstockfattyacidsortechnicalfattyacids.Themethodsarenotapplicabletowaxes.Sincethemethodsarecompletelynon-specific,theycannotbeusedtodifferentiatebetweenmineralacids.freefattyacids,andotherorganicacids.Theacidvalue,therefore,alsoincludesanymineralacidsthatmaybepresent.
