【摘要】:ThisRecommendation|InternationalStandardspecifiesthesystemlayerofthecoding.ItwasdevelopedprincipallytosupportthecombinationofthevideoandaudiocodingmethodsdefinedinParts2and3ofISO/IEC13818.Thesystemlayersupportssixbasicfunctions:1)thesynchronizationofmultiplecompressedstreamsondecoding;2)theinterleavingofmultiplecompressedstreamsintoasinglestream;3)theinitializationofbufferingfordecodingstartup;4)continuousbuffermanagement;5)timeidentification;6)multiplexingandsignallingofvariouscomponentsinasystemstream.AnITU-TRec.H.222.0|ISO/IEC13818-1multiplexedbitstreamiseitheraTransportStreamoraProgramStream.BothstreamsareconstructedfromPESpacketsandpacketscontainingothernecessaryinformation.Bothstreamtypessupportmultiplexingofvideoandaudiocompressedstreamsfromoneprogramwithacommontimebase.TheTransportStreamadditionallysupportsthemultiplexingofvideoandaudiocompressedstreamsfrommultipleprogramswithindependenttimebases.Foralmosterror-freeenvironmentstheProgramStreamisgenerallymoreappropriate,supportingsoftwareprocessingofprograminformation.TheTransportStreamismoresuitableforuseinenvironmentswhereerrorsarelikely.AnITU-TRec.H.222.0|ISO/IEC13818-1multiplexedbitstream,whetheraTransportStreamoraProgramStream,isconstructedintwolayers:theoutermostlayeristhesystemlayer,andtheinnermostisthecompressionlayer.Thesystemlayerprovidesthefunctionsnecessaryforusingoneormorecompresseddatastreamsinasystem.ThevideoandaudiopartsofthisSpecificationdefinethecompressioncodinglayerforaudioandvideodata.CodingofothertypesofdataisnotdefinedbythisSpecification,butissupportedbythesystemlayerprovidedthattheothertypesofdataadheretotheconstraintsdefinedin2.7.
